Our NL8205 is designed to convey plaster, grout and wet cement at lower working pressures. It's lightweight design makes it easier to handle and use in heavy industry, construction and mining. The tube is specifically designed for abrasion resistance and it's blue cover with yellow layline helps workers identify the intended application for the hose. *SPECIAL NOTE: Concrete hose is typically not repaired as the wall/tube will wear down and therefore the coupling integrity is significantly compromised if re-installing an end.

Construction: Tube: Black natural and synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: Smooth, black SBR rubber blend. Reinforcement: High tensile textile cord.

Typical Fittings: N10GY-SS Crimp Tech Hose Insert with WI-SS Interlocking Ferrule. SS Camlocks: NH45/NH42 Series. Whip check Safety Cables & Nylon Slings (must be properly installed in an extended position).
