These are specifically for use on marine wet exhaust systems as a short, flexible connector, also known as a hump or bellows, to accommodate minor offsets or to absorb movement, vibration, and noise. They are available in a "single" hump design (NL4936) or double hump (NL4937). They meet or exceed SAE J2006 R3 requirements. For higher temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) these are available with an Aramid reinforcement on special request.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, orange silicone rubber. Cover: Blue silicone rubber. Reinforcement: Polyester fabric.

Typical Fittings: Multiple N68SL/N75CT spring loaded T-Bolt clamps. No barbed/sharp fittings that may cut the tube.

Temperature Range: -55°C (-67°F) to +177°C (351°F); for a higher temperature hose to 500°F, Aramid reinforcement available.

Detail Comments: Exceeds SAE J2006R3 burst pressure ratings of 36psi.
