These are special, critical application hoses used for the transfer of chlorine, bromine, sodium hypochlorite and other highly aggressive oxidizers or corrosives from rail cars, tanks, trucks and 1-ton cylinders (CGA 820 fitting). A4150 has a thick, "seamless" convoluted PTFE liner with a PVDF/Kynar double braid reinforcement and an HDPE spiral guard as a protective cover. It meets the Chlorine Institute Pamphlet 6 Instructions and is designed to handle the rigors of everyday handling at chlorine transfer stations. It has open-pitched, helical convolutions for easy cleaning, is crush resistant and easy to flex, and has a tighter bend radius as compared to smooth bore alternatives. We offer several different brands depending on user preference (as well as a Monel construction with Stainless casing, A4160). Construction: (REFER TO MFG BRAND SPECIFIC): Tube: Seamless helical convoluted PTFE braided liner. Cover: Blue PVDF/Kynar braids with a black HDPE spiral poly guard (A4150) or no poly guard (A4155). We also offer a Monel construction as well (A4160).

Typical Fittings: Factory assemblies only. Sch80 Monel NPT threaded or 300lb flanged ends. Testing & Certification.
