This is a clear, highly abrasion resistant ducting that will typically out perform more economical PVC or polyethylene ducting in dry, abrasive applications. It is designed for pneumatic transfer of dry products such as chips, sand, pebbles, or as an abrasive material chute (it is not designed for large, heavy objects or liquids). It is also commonly used as a petroleum vapour recovery hose in tank truck applications (embedded ground wire to be exposed and put into contact with fittings for proper grounding in any explosive applications where static build up could be an issue). It is an extremely lightweight and easily handled hose that is weather resistant. It has a hardened, external yellow PVC helix to reduce dragging friction. Construction: Interior: Clear polyurethane. Exterior: Right hand spiral corrugated yellow PVC helix with an embedded static wire. Helix spiral direction varies by brand.

Typical Fittings: N62/N64 gear clamps, T7-200X180 duct tape.

Temperature Range: -35°C (-31°F) to +60°C (140°F)
