NL3011 is a higher pressure version of NL3010, standard duty, cost effective petroleum transfer hose where the hose will not be subject to excessive abuse, dragging, or continuous service/handling. Its nitrile rubber will resist gasoline, kerosene, diesel (not recommended for Biodiesel at this time), hydraulic fluids, hydrocarbons, fats, greases, animal/vegetable oils, hot/cold water (not food grade), and other petroleum based fluids or wastes with low aromatic content. It can be used for bulk transfer or for general in-plant applications (NOT designed for reel applications as it has a wire helix). For more aggressive applications or critical service/use, refer to our NL3020 or other specialty petroleum transfer hoses. For short lengths (i.e. 3ft) or permanent installations where the hose cannot be inspected or tested at regular intervals consider using a Stainless Steel braided hose.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, black nitrile. Cover: Wrapped, smooth, black nitrile blend. Reinforcement: Wire helix between synthetic textile plies and static wire.

Typical Fittings: Swage/crimp permanent fittings, W10-CS-xxxx or W10XH-CS-xxxx swage combination nipples (oil return only, do not use steel with gasoline), testing & certification.

Temperature Range: -20°C (-4°F) to +70°C (158°F)
