FC619 is a low pressure, wire helix reinforced, hydraulic return line (or suction hose up to 25"/Hg). Depending on the application, temperature, and pressure range, many users prefer to use our NL3020/NL3025 Petroleum or NL4940 Multiflex where an SAE branded product is not required. FC619 will handle petroleum based hydraulic fluids, water, gasoline, diesel, and lubricating oils. Sizes -40 & -48 are not available in the FC619 series although they are available, upon special request, in our 2661 series. 2661 is made with a special AQP elastomer which allows for a higher temperature range. FC619 & 2661 both meet MSHA flame resistance specifications.

Construction: FC619 Black seamless, oil resistant synthetic rubber, 2661 AQP elastomer tube. Cover: FC619 Black oil, abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber, 2661 Blue AQP elastomer cover. Reinforcement: Textile reinforcement with steel wire helix.

Typical Fittings: 1A Series permanent crimp (1AV for -20 size), 1G Series permanent crimp, FC8150 Series crimp, N1750 Series crimp, and certain barbed industrial fittings in non-SAE applications, T-Bolt clamps, Mikalor clamps, crimp sleeves. We do not recommend the use of gear clamps on this hose (rated working pressures vary significantly depending on the clamping method).

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +135°C (275°F); -40 & -48 up to +150°C (300°F)
