Our Ether-based Polyurethane is a popular, versatile tubing suitable as an instrumentation or robotic air or water line, lubricating oil line, small motor fuel line (non-critical applications, NOT for use as a brake line), abrasive granular transfer line, certain FDA food grade applications, or as an insulating sleeve over wire. It is resistant to oil, grease, ozone, solvents, algae, fungi, and mild resistance to fuel. Polyurethane is known for its resistance to flex fatigue, kinking, hydrolysis, abrasion, cuts, and low-temperature flexibility. It is the best choice for applications that require constant or repetitive flexing, a small bend radius, or where kinking can be a problem. It is available in a variety of colours and our 'Ether-based' urethane will not hydrolyze and degrade when exposed to water like the more economical 'Ester-based' urethanes. Our standard 95 Shore A Hardness has superior wall rigidity for better kink resistance, higher pressure ratings, low gas permeability, low compression set, excellent memory, and makes it suitable for use with the convenient 'Push-In' or 'Push-to-Connect' Tube Fittings. Construction: Smooth, Ether-based polyurethane tubing, 95 Shore A hardness (available in a variety of colours).

Typical Fittings: Nylon, brass, or stainless steel hose barbs, 'Push-in' tube fittings or compression fittings (refer to tubing "O.D.", not I.D.), N62/64 gear clamps, N66 pinch clamps, NSNP quick snap clamps.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +78°C (170°F)
