NL2139 is similar to our NL2138 braided clear PVC transfer but is specialty formulated to resist the aging & cracking that can result from exposure to the damaging UV light of the sun. Tests show that the SolarguardTM retains 97% of its original tensile strength after prolonged UV exposure, compared to 55% tensile strength retention of other similar competitive PVC hoses on the market. This hose can be used in applications that will be subjected to both suction and higher pressure discharge (not food grade). Its heavy braiding provides an advantage over conventional PVC hoses through increased working pressures and extra strength. Its exposed "safety yellow" helix also permits less resistance to dragging. The larger sizes are ideally suited for fish handling, dam/foundation pumping, and various discharge applications where a hardwall hose is required.

Temperature Range: -20°C (-4°F) to +65°C (149°F)
