Black Pond-Flex is used for general water transfer applications in residential or commercial ponds or irrigation systems. The solid black colour resists algae growth and allows it to blend in with the landscape. Its PVC composition resists water treatment additives, chemicals, UV, and ozone. It is offered with a smooth contour exterior (NL2350), which is available in large diameters, or with a corrugated exterior NL2351 for added flexibility and kink resistance in difficult installations. The NL2350 Smooth uses either "pipe size" insert barb fittings or glue-on PVC fittings and the NL2351 Corrugated uses either the threaded cuff system (see N6310 Series) or regular hose barb insert fittings.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, black PVC compound. Cover: Black, smooth PVC compound. Reinforcement: Rigid PVC helix.

Typical Fittings: NL2350 - N10PS-GS "Pipe size" insert barb fittings or glue-on PVC fittings, NL2351 threaded cuffs (N6310) or hose barb insert fittings.

Temperature Range: -24°C (-10°F) to +65°C (150°F)
