Loctite 567 PST is recommended for large diameter pipe sizes in high temperature petroleum, chemical, water or steam applications (not food grade). It has excellent solvent resistance and allows for easy assembly and prevents fittings from galling. It has a temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to +200°C (392°F) with a maximum pressure rating of 10,000psi. Loctite 567 PST is ABS approved for marine applications and is also approved for use in DEF applications (must be fully cured prior to use). It is NOT for use with plastics or non-metallic fittings. For best results, clean all surfaces (external and internal) with a cleaning solvent and allow to dry.
