This is an economical, general purpose sealant for water or air (NOT air breathing, see Loctite 545) which allows for easy disassembly. It is not designed for critical applications or with food grade products. It is for use on metal (not plastics) and has a temperature range of -51°C (-60°F) to +149°C (300°F).
