These ball valves are available in sizes 2"- 8" in carbon steel and 1/2"-10" in stainless steel. The are suitable for water, oil, or gas and feature a 2pc split body design with 150# flanged ends for fast installation, in-line maintenance and rebuilding. They have a solid 316SS ball with PTFE seats which provides structural integrity and minimizes flow turbulence and they have a body join designed to prevent excessive compression of valve internals for consistent and low operating torque. They also incorporate an ISO 5211 actuator mounting pad that allows for an actuator to be installed directly on valve without using a bracket or coupling. Fire-Safe design, graphite gasket & stem packing prevent internal leakage after fire with bottom-loaded blow-out proof stem. This valve complies with ASME/ANSI B16.34, B16.5, B16.10. Class 150 WCB body rating and are tested to API 598 & ANSI N16.34.
