This is a very lightweight, economical, accordion-style ducting hose designed strictly for the transfer of large volumes of air and is not designed for abusive environments or welding fumes. It is commonly used for temporary ducts or hydroponic venting. The thin wall is air tight and has limited resistance to punctures. This hose is NOT recommended as a dryer vent hose as lint can build up inside the hose due to its corrugated interior; flexible aluminum ducting with a smooth interior should be used for dryer vent.

Construction: Aluminized film with a wire helix.

Typical Fittings: N62/N64 gear clamps, T7-200X180 duct tape; this hose is typically not used with fittings.

Temperature Range: -30°C (-22°F) to +120°C (248°F)
